Short reversing when quick stop function is released

Question:

How can a short reversing be avoided when the quick stop function is released?

Answer:

Reversal occurs only together with vector control. Reversal can be avoided by
  • using the automatic DC injection braking (C0019 > 0 Hz),
  • a reduction of the slip compensation (the modified drive performance concerning speed stiffness must be taken into account!),
  • the reduction of the Imax limit in the generator mode (C0023).
