Dr. Johannes Haupt becomes new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lenze SE
Hamelin, 13 September 2024: Dr. Johannes Haupt is the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lenze SE since 12 September 2024. He succeeds Dr. Michael Paul, who has stepped down after twelve years of successful and dedicated service on the family and supervisory boards. There are no other changes to the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Johannes Haupt is a well-versed manager with more than 20 years of experience as CEO in various industrial companies. Among other things, he headed the Blanc & Fischer family holding company for 13 years.
Dr. Haupt was instrumental in driving the company's development from an original equipment manufacturer to an industrial group with several brands and business models. Thanks to a clear focus on innovation, internationalization and diverse distribution channels, Blanc & Fischer has succeeded in becoming one of the world's leading suppliers to the kitchen industry during this time. He has also firmly anchored the issue of sustainability in the corporate strategy.
Dr. Haupt can look back on a wealth of experience as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of various family businesses and listed companies from different sectors. He holds a doctorate in economics and has been a member of the Family Council of Lenze SE since 2016.
