Personal data
We do not collect any personal data via our Websites without your consent. You alone decide whether you wish to disclose this data or not, for instance in the course of registration, a request or other such procedure. We store IP addresses for a maximum of 14 days. This information is stored for data integrity reasons, so that we are able to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

Registration for webinars or live webcasts is done via contact forms that we have implemented as part of our HubSpot integration. Invitations to virtual meetings are sent directly by Lenze employees in the form of e-mails, for example. We use systems hosted by Microsoft in a European data center to deliver the webinars or live webcasts. Data of participants will be processed and stored on the systems of the third-party provider.
This includes registration and/or contact data and, where possible (or activated)

- shared screen content
of the participants.
We have also concluded an agreement on order processing within the framework of the Service Terms pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO with Microsoft, which contains EU standard contractual clauses. The legal basis for this data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a), b) and f) GDPR.
Your data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of filling job vacancies on offer within the Lenze Group. The company that is looking to fill a vacancy and shows its address on the invitation to submit applications is responsible for data collection in this sense, i.e. when an application is submitted for a specific job that is being offered. If you apply for a specific job for which applications have been invited by a company within the Lenze Group, your data will be passed on to the persons/departments responsible for human resources. You can permanently withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the contact person named in the job advertisement. If you submit an unsolicited job application, your data will automatically be sent to the relevant person(s)/department(s) responsible for human resources in accordance with your particular skills, abilities, and qualifications. Your data will then be used by the responsible persons/departments solely for the purpose of evaluating your job potential.

Deletion of data
If you have applied for a job but your data ceases to be needed for this purpose, we ensure that your data is automatically deleted from our system. Processes have been created that guarantee automatic deletion of data when such data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we originally collected it or when the data retention period has expired. In the event of a negative decision, you job application data will be deleted after 6 months. If your profile is of general interest to us, we would like to include you in our standing pool of job applicants but we will, of course, ask for your consent to do so beforehand.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information on your personal data that we have a record of in our system. Moreover, you have the right to delete or block impermissible data and to correct any false data that we have stored in our system. To do so, you can send an e-mail to the contact person named in the job advertisement.

Provision of 2D / 3D CAD data
The CAD files in the EASY Product Finder range at lenze.com are stored by the KiM GmbH company, Tritschlerstrasse 1, D-66606 St. Wendel in a German data centre and provided worldwide.
For each generated and loaded file (e.g. CAD, PDF, pixel images) and each direct insertion into CAD systems (CADClick® "Click2CAD"), Lenze stores a data set in one of the statistics databases available on the server. This statistic data is further compressed and used for optimising the CAD service in an anonymised form.

We also offer you through our social media pages (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Kununu, Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads) based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a) GDPR has an extensive personal support and the possibility to stay in touch with us. These social media services collect personally identifiable information, e.g. via their profile or social plug-ins, which are implemented in third party websites.
When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective companies. The content of the plugins is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the website. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data that the respective companies collect with the help of these plugins.

EASY System Designer - Platform
The platform is used for planning and designing machine solutions based on the Lenze product portfolio and can only be used with a registered user. For this purpose, we can link user accounts from the Microsoft Azure Cloud or create local accounts.
The planning of machine solutions is organized in the framework of projects, primarily processing technical product data. The planner has the possibility to store contact persons for the prospect/ customer as well as the Lenze ones in order to individualize system reports or to involve affected persons in the collaboration on the project. The processing of contact person data is the responsibility of the planner. In the event of an objection, Lenze, as the platform operator, has the right and the opportunity to correct or to delete the relevant personal data.
Within the scope of system operation, data is stored for the analysis of errors and improvement of the platform.
By requesting registration, you consent to the administration of your user data for the operation of the platform. The data processing will be carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.
- Data Security
Your data may be processed by a service provider within the scope of order processing. In this case we will structure the contractual relationship in accordance with the relevant requirements of Art. 6 in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Both Lenze SE and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Performance of the remote services
When performing remote services, we see your screen,including all information available on it. In your own interests,you should therefore quit all programs and close displaysthat are not related to the remote services. It is contractually provided for that you shall ensure that we do not come into contact with personal data from your environment when performing the remote services.
Recording of the use of remote services
The use of remote services is recorded at the company level, in addition to which the name of the contact person is stored. The recording thereof is carried out for billing purposes only. The personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of its storage is no longer given.

The collection, storage and processing of your data takes placesolely for the purpose of per-forming the remote services.
