Eliminated function restriction
With the Engineer version 1.4.7.0 the 'new' project was corrupt when the function 'Save as' was used and was not able to be applied anymore. As a remedy a patch could be imported in the Engineer 1.4.7.0, changing the version identifier to 1.4.8.0 and eliminating the function restriction.
With Engineer version 1.5 the function restriction is also eliminated. A patch is no longer required.
