The latest joint development with PAYPER has been the SCARA robotic palletizer, an ideal solution for small spaces or multi-line projects at speeds of up to 600 bags/hour.
The SCARA robot includes PAYPER's proprietary mechanics with Lenze servo gearboxes and drivers. The gearbox technologies used range from g500 helical or bevel helical gearboxes to high-precision g800 planetary gearboxes.
The Scara control includes advanced robotics functions such as coordinate and tool changes, as well as trajectory optimization and teaching start-up.
