ESI - device description files for Lenze EtherCAT devices

Description:
By means of the ESI-files, which you can download here, you are able to contain the Lenze EtherCAT devices in the EtherCAT configuration software from PLC manufacturer.

Node:
This ESI Files are NOT been used with Lenze Controller systems with EtherCAT Master Function. For Lenze Controller the Device descriptions comes automatically with the software Lenze PLC Designer and Lenze Package Manager.

System requirements:
The single ESI -files describe the implemented EtherCAT functionalities of the corresponding devices. For the following devices ESI-files are available:
  • 1_Servo_Inverter (servo inverter i950, i750, i700 and  9400)
  • 2_Inverter_Drive (frequency inverter i550 cabinet, motec and protec, 8400 StateLine, HighLine TopLine, TopLine P and Motec)
  • 3_IO Systems (IO System 1000, EPM-S131, EPM-S130)
  • 10_Controller_Panel (c5xx, c430)
  • xx_Previous Products
Note on the use of EPM-S131 under a 3rd party controller:  202200392

Software installation:
Unpack the ZIP-file in any directory of your computer and insert the ESI-files in the configuration software.

9400 Note:
The 9400 XML device describition Lenze_E94AYCET_V100_080508.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 1.01 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET.
The 9400 XML device describition Lenze_E94AYCET_MOTION_20101020.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 1.01 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET with TA DS 402 and 9400 HighLine.
The 9400 XML device describitio Lenze_E94AYCET_IO_20101019.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 2.0 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET with 9400 HighLine.
