What happens?
When a project has been downloaded the 9400 either activates no cam profile or the incorrect one.
When does the problem occur?
A project has been generated with electrical shaft and cam profile data. The application has been transferred to the 9400. If another download is executed now, but at this time the cam data option is deactivated, the 9400 activates either no cam profile or the incorrect one.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
- Transfer the cam data always together with the application.
- Install Service Pack 3 for Engineer V2.5.
Evaluation:
The function restriction only occurs when a project with deactivated cam data option is downloaded, i.e. usually during the commissioning phase. In case of collision-endangered systems this may lead to an unrequested drive performance. Thanks to Service Pack 3 for Engineer V2.5 this function restriction has been eliminated.
