No keypad files with Ethernet Powerlink device module (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
The Engineer does not generate keypad files if these are too large. In Engineer V2.5 SP3 this was for instance the case if the 9400 extension module Ethernet Powerlink MN/CN was configured.
As of Engineer V2.6 the catalogue description of this module has been revised. The code list has been shortened and duplicate menu entries have been deleted. Keypad files are now also generated when the Powerlink module is used.
