Function blocks for a wrong 9400 device version can be selected (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
The function blocks L_DevReadParDInt and L_DevWriteParDInt could be inserted into function block interconnections for the 9400 HighLine Version 01.35 and 01.37. Compilation errors were the result. The function blocks mentioned before are only allowed to be inserted into function block interconnections for the 9400 HighLine as of version 01.5X or higher.
As of Engineer V2.6 the function blocks L_DevReadParDInt and L_DevWriteParDInt can only be inserted into function block interconnections for the 9400 HighLine as of version 01.5x or higher.
