Error when an application is replaced by an ¨empty application¨ (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
If the empty application has been inserted into a 9400 HighLine device V3 while the Application parameters tab was visible, the following exception could occur:

Error showing TabControl AutomationSuite.Service.GUI.ParameterDialogManager.ApplicationParameterControl
Exception: System.NullReferenceException
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This function restriction has been eliminated in Engineer V2.6.
