Blocks can be deleted ¨online¨ in the function block editor (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
In case of an unlocked function block interconnection blocks could be deleted in online mode. This function restriction appeared when the user had changed between the tasks.  
It is not possible with Engineer V2.6. to delete a block in the function block editor while the device is 'online'.
