The ¨Complete¨ button is activated too early in the start-up wizard (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
The start-up wizard in Engineer V2.5 activated the <Complete> button too early when the Starting the search for devices connected option had been selected. If the user clicked <Complete> without having actually executed a search and selecting a device before, an empty project was received.
In Engineer V2.6 the <Complete> button can only be pressed after at least one device has been detected and selected.
