Eliminated function restriction
If a project which has been generated with an Engineer version lower than Engineer V2.6 SP1 is opened unchanged with version 2.6 SP1 and closed afterwards without saving it, the project can still be opened in its original version.
However, if new catalogues are selected for the project while opening it, the project is saved after the user has been informed by a note that this process cannot be made undone. In this case the project cannot be opened anymore with the original version.
