Input for loading the absolute encoder position at the L_EsEncoderConv function block

Function description
Especially when absolute value encoders are used it was difficult to initialise the output position to the absolute encoder value. The encoder signal had to be converted externally. The new value had then to be accepted via the bLoadStartPos input.
From library V01.03.04.00 onwards the dnPosOut_p output position can directly be set to the encoder position via the new bLoadEncoderPos input.
