Rectified functional restrictions
• CAN-PDOs cannot be edited in certain situations
• Selecting several function blocks can lead to an exception
• Additonal files are not unzipped in case of 'Open Archive'
• 8400: 'Sensorless PSM' dialog  unsuitable for 8400 StateLine
• 8400: Subsequent upload of oscillogrammes not intuitive

Known functional restrictions
• Cam Manager: Incorrect display of the acceleration design
• 9400: The 'Safe configuration' tab remains empty if the password has not been entered earlier

Compatibility with earlier versions
Engineer 2.17 is functionally backwards-compatible. This means that higher software versions support the functions of the previous released software from version 1.2 onwards.
