Corrected from:
PLC Designer V2.6.3
L-force Engineer V2.20
Response of the new version:
Even if a CoDeSys version from another user company is installed in parallel, the PLC Designer starts correctly both from the L-force Engineer and as a stand-alone tool.
What happens? The PLC Designer does not start. When the PLC Designer is started from the L-force Engineer or as a stand-alone tool, the following Windows error message appears:
'Procedure entry point '?HaveToMaskAttributes@XMLTagNodes@@MAE_NXZ' not found in 'C:\Windows\System32\ENIClient.dll''.
When does the problem occur? The response only occurs in connection with a parallel installation of CoDeSys versions from other user companies (e. g. WAGO CoDeSys 2.3.9.40).
Which products are affected? PLC Designer V2.6.2.5 and lower
L-force Engineer V2.19 and lower
Possible diagnostics: None
Short-term measures/recommendations:None
Evaluation: If a CoDeSys version from another user company is installed in parallel to the PLC Designer or the L-force Engineer, the PLC Designer does not start.
