Backup & Restore: After 'Restore', archived alarms cannot be accessed from VisiWinNET project (corrected from V3.13)

Corrected from:
Backup & Restore V3.13
L-force controller 3231 C and 3241 C V3.13
L-force controller p500 V3.13

Response of the new version:
Backups created with Backup & Restore V3.13 can be restored in the controller without error messages and without the alarm history in the controller being deleted.

What happens?
With 3241/p500:
Starting a VisiWinNET project is cancelled with the following error message:
An exception error occurred when reading the project file! Message: An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found Stack.

With 3231:
The archived alarms of the VisiWinNET project are deleted. The VisiWinNET project starts without error message.

When does this behaviour occur?
The above-described behaviour occurs if a backup containing a VisWinNet project with alarms and in which alarms are archived is restored using 'Restore'.

Which products are affected?
L-force controller 3231 C and 3241 C from V3.0
L-force controller p500 from V3.3

Short-term measures:
Restore the backup (Restore). Switch off the controller after executing the 'Restore' command. Remove the SD card and rename the following alarm archive files:

For 3241/p500:
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\alarms\__data.vba --> \...\__DATA.VBA
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\alarms\__data.via --> \...\__DATA.VIA

For 3231:
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\copyR1\__data.vba --> \...\copyR1\__DATA.VBA
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\copyR1\__data.via --> \...\copyR1\__DATA.VIA
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\copyR2\__data.vba --> \...\copyR2\__DATA.VBA
\VisiWinNET\<VWN PLC project name>\data\copyR2\__data.via --> \...\copyR2\__DATA.VIA

After this, plug the SD card into the controller again and start the controller.
The VisiWinNET project starts correctly and can access the archived alarms again.

Evaluation/recommendations:
When performing a backup and restore, file names completely written in capital letters and consisting of maximally 8 characters will be converted into small letters. The VisiWinNET project expects the alarm archive files in capital letters. With the 3241 C and the p500 controller, this leads to an error message when starting the VisiWinNET project and with the 3231 C controller, the alarm history is deleted. With the above-described short-term measure, the archived alarms can be restored.
