Response of the new version:
The EASY Starter displays information on the i550 frequency inverter tabs.
What happens?
The EASY Starter does not display any information on the 'Diagnostics' and 'Settings' tab - the tabs are empty.
The parameter fields on the 'Parameter List' tab remain white - parameter communication is sometimes interrupted.
When does this behaviour occur?
The above-described behaviour may sporadically occur in online connections with an i550 frequency inverter.

EASY Starter 1.10.2
Short-term measures:
Install hotfix 2 on your PC. For this, proceed as follows:
- Exit the Lenze software.
- Safe the following zip file in an optional directory on your PC:
EASY Starter V1102 Hotfix 2.zip (4.82 MB) - Unpack the zip file in an optional directory on your PC.
- Start the setup.exe file from this directory.
- Follow the installation instructions.
Evaluation/recommendations:
Sporadically, i550 frequency inverter diagnostics and parameter setting cannot be performed with the EASY Starter. The function restriction is corrected with EASY Starter hotfix 2.
