Corrected from:
Servo Inverter i950 V01.03.07
Response of the new version:
The monitoring limits can now be specified directly in [%] as expected. The states 'Dancer in max. pos' 0x5050:110 Bit25 and 'Dancer in max. pos' 0x5050:110 Bit26 are set as expected.
What happens?
The 'Dancer in max. pos' state 0x5050:110 bit 25 and the 'Dancer in min. pos' state 0x5050:110 bit26 are not set as expected.
When does this behaviour occur?
The Threshold max dancer pos 0x5052:195 and the Threshold min dancer pos 0x5052:196 monitoring limits are internally by a factor of 100 too high. I.e. an internal value of 9500 with e.g. 0x5052:195 = 95% can never be reached. Accordingly, the 'Dancer in max. pos' state will never be set.
Which products are affected?
i950 V01.01.03 with 'Winder Dancer' TA (0x4000 = 50)
Short-term measures:
To ensure that the monitoring function will respond, as specified in the Lenze setting, when the dancer is 5% ahead of the limit positions, select the following parameter settings:
I.e. the actually required limit value must be divided by 100.
Evaluation/recommendations:
In the Lenze setting, the 'Dancer max/min pos' states do not work. The expected functionality can be implemented by adapting the above parameters.
The behaviour should usually be detected during commissioning. When the dancer reaches the mechanical limit positions, there is a risk of web breaks or loose material.
