Now 0x5050:110 Bit 18 is an image of the "xWindingBusy" output of the technology module.
What happens?

The status bit 0x5050:110 bit 18 (Tension Control Active) is apparently always TRUE if bit 18 (Enable Tension Control) in the control word 0x5050:10 is set. Especially also at controller inhibit or in ERROR or STANDBY states (see 0x5051:001).
When does the behaviour occur?
Bit 18 (Enable Tension Control) in the control word 0x5050:10 is TRUE.
