Design Time - Controls: Controls can no longer be selected in the development environment.

Behaviour of the new version:
Control elements that are displayed at design time with the disabled property activated can now be selected.
 
Description of behaviour:
Controls are displayed as deactivated in the development environment and can no longer be selected in the Designer.

Under what conditions does the behaviour occur?
At design time, the property "Disabled" was activated for the control in the development environment in the category "General properties".

Short-term measures:
Select the control via the "Document Outline" window.
