i950 TAs: Functions to support linear drives and torque drives (from V01.06.04)

Function extension:
The Servo Inverter i950 device series now supports the use of linear drives and torque drives. 

For the commissioning and operation of linear and torque drives are required in technology applications (TAs) 0x4000 >= [10] have been implemented.

Application:
Manual driving-sensorless and Pollage identification.
Testing the system hardware (e.g. connection technology, rotating field and motor cables) during commissioning and in service cases.
Moving the drive or the machine to a service position, e.g. in the event of a defect on the drive or the machine.
Function test of the discrete feedback system of a torque or linear motor.
Brake test: function for checking the holding brake.
Brake grinding: Function for grinding in a new holding brake, as a prerequisite for immediately achieving the full holding torque.
Setting the actual position from the load encoder (SlotB): The position of an encoder connected to application feedback B can be set by the user.
When 0x5025:010 bit 09 is set, the encoder position is set to the value of 0x500B:084 reference position.
