Configuration of the monitoring is project-specific
Function extension:
The settings for monitoring (display in decimal, hexadecimal or binary and structured view of the inheritance hierarchy) can be set differently for each PLC project (menu command 'Project' > 'Project Settings' in the category 'Monitoring').
The settings are automatically saved in the .OPT file associated with the project.
The monitoring setting in the 'Options' dialog has a direct effect on the 'Project settings'.
