Design Time - Target Device Manager: The start of a second local client project is not possible

Response of the new version:
Each client can be selected as a StartUp Project and started individually.
It is not possible to start both clients in parallel.

What happens? 
If a project was created with 2 clients, they cannot be tested locally at the same time.

Procedure:
  1. Create and open project with two clients.
  2. Select Client 1 as StartUp Project (default setting).
  3. Start Client 1 via the Target Device Manager with the Execution target = Local.
  4. Client 1 opens in the selected browser.
  5. Right-click Client 2 in the context menu and select it as StartUp Project.
  6. Start Client 1 via the Target Device Manager with the  Execution target = Local.
  7. Client 1 is started again.
