Response of the new version:
A newly created user is accepted immediately and the "Create new user" dialogue is closed.
What happens?
A new user is created and the dialog is confirmed with the "OK" button after entering name and password.
It takes about 10s until the dialog is closed. During this time there is no feedback about the status.
When does the behaviour occur?
Several user groups have been created in the user administration.
The number of created user groups correlates with the duration to close the dialog.
