Corrected from:
Servo inverter i950 (from V1.08.00)
(Update via Easy Package Manager)
Response of the new version:
The status information "JoggingBusy" and "HaltBusy" of the Virtual Master are now located separately on bits 29 (VM_JoggingBusy) and 30 (VM_HaltBusy).
This means that inconsistent status information can no longer occur.
What happens?
Up to now, bits 6 and 8 of the status word have each been assigned two pieces of information.
In the "ElectronicGearbox" and "SyncAndCorrection" TAs, the status information for "JoggingBusy" and "HaltBusy" of the technology module and the virtual master are each combined in an order on bits 6 and 8 of the status word. This can lead to inconsistent status information to the superimposed control.
When does the behaviour occur?
E.g. when the drive is jogging and the stop of the Virtual Master is active at the same time.
Which products are affected?
i950 servo inverter with TA ElectronicGearbox
i950 Servo inverter with TA SyncAndCorrection
