What happens:
After starting from the EASY Navigator or via a shortcut, the start screen of the EASY UI Designer is only displayed briefly and closed. However, the EASY UI Designer does not start.
When does the behaviour occur?
When working with file storage in cloud services such as OneDrive.
Which products are affected:
EASY UI Designer, all versions.
Short-term measures:
Open the log file (C:\ProgramData\Lenze\EASYUIDesigner\Logs) and look for the first line with "FATAL".
Identify the problem as follows:
Rename the project directory or move the project outside your cloud service (e.g. C:\TEMP\).
Evaluation / recommendations:
Do not store projects in cloud services (e.g. OneDrive) during the development phase.
