i950: TA ElectronicGearbox and TA SyncAndCorrection: Use of the system bus as master value not possible (fixed from V01.09.01)

Behavior of the new version:
The system bus can be used as a master value source for all possible clock lengths. Prerequisite: The clock length of the virtual master in the i950 slave drive must be set to the same value.
Description of the behavior:
The system bus cannot be used as a conductance source The warning "CycleLengthMasterNotEqualVirtMaster" although the cycle length of the system bus and the cycle length of the virtual master are the same. The warning cannot be acknowledged.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
A clock length with a fractional part <> 0 is transmitted via the system bus
