Description of the behaviour:
While the IDE of EASY UI Designer is connected to the server, the EASY UI Designer gets closed automatically if the user restarts the controller using index: 0x2022:035 (Device Command: Restart Device On/Start [1]) via PLC Designer.

Conditions under which the behaviour occurs
  • The EASY UI Designer must be connected to a target device, e.g. a c520.
  • The PLC Designer must also be connected online to the c520.
  • In PLC Designer the Lenze controller is restarted with the index 0x2022:35 "Device Command: Restart Device".
  • After the controller has been restarted, the EASY UI Designer tool displays an exception after approx. 15 to 20 seconds.
