FAST UI Runtime: Acknowledge all alarms action

Function extension:

When dealing with multiple alarms, it is now possible to acknowledge them all at once with one action. The AcknowledgeAlarmsAction is available in the toolbar or can be added to a control via the dialog in the action view.
