Behavior of the new version:
It is possible to create a validation protocol with German language settings.
Description of the behavior:
It is not possible to create a German validation protocol with the Safety Validation Tool. The following error message occours:
Die Datei enthält beschädigte Daten.
No protocol is created.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs
The described behavior occurs, when the Safety Validation Tool is used with German language setting.

PLC Designer ab V3.28
Short-term measure, recommendations, evaluation:
- Perform the validation in PLC Designer with German language setting.
- ClosePLC Designer after completion.
- Change the language to English in EASY Navigator.
- Open PLC Designer in English language.
- Reconnect to the axis.
- Open the Safety Validation Tool on the Oscilloscope tab.
- Select the folder in the tool where the machine data is saved.
Important: Do not open the subfolder of the axis!!! - Tests carried out are displayed with a green tick.
- Press the button " Create protocol ..."
- The protocol in English is saved in the folder of the machine.
Or use EASY Starter V1.25.1 or higher to perform the safety validation.
