Controls: Copy paste of controls which has an ID-tag corrupts HTML-file

Behavior of the new version:
Copying and pasting controls with an ID does not result in an error.
The copied elements have no ID after pasting, the ID of the original elements is retained.

Description of the behavior:
If controls with their own name (ID) are copied and pasted, the HTML page is corrupt and is no longer displayed correctly. 

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

• Place controls on a page
• Assign an ID to the controls using the Name property
• Copy one or more of these controls
• Paste them on the same or another page

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
remove ID tags from the controls.
(This is not always possible!)
