EtherCAT: Support for hot connect groups

Function-extension:

The EtherCAT master of the Lenze controllers c430, c520 and c550 supports the function of hot connect and the use of hot connect groups. With PLC Designer V4.0, these hot connect groups can be configured in the device tree of the PLC project

The existence of a hot connect group and thus the EtherCAT devices in it is optional. This means that the EtherCAT master switches to the 'Operational' state, even if hot connect groups created in the PLC project are not connected to the EtherCAT bus of the controller. A hot connect group can also only contain one EtherCAT device.

A hot connect group can be connected to or removed from the EtherCAT bus during operation. However, this only works if the hot connect group is connected to an EtherCAT junction. If a hot connect group is connected to the EtherCAT bus, the Lenze Controller first loads the parameter sets into participants of the hot connect group before switching the hot connect group to the 'Operational' state.

For hot connect groups, the address stored in the device only needs to be set for the first participants of the group in the PLC project. The address can be the Second Station Address (Station Alias) or now the Explicit Device Identification (adjustable via DIP switch), depending on which addressing is supported by the device. The address can be set in the 'Hot Connect' tab of the EtherCAT master:

In the device tree, the first participants of a hot connect group are marked with the abbreviation 'HC' in red. The remaining devices in a hot connect group have the abbreviation 'HC' in gray. Devices without the abbreviation 'HC' belong to the static part of the EtherCAT bus. I.e, these devices are not optional and must be connected to the EtherCAT bus when the controller is started.
