New command: Edit IO mapping

Function-extension:

The new context menu command 'Edit IO mapping' of the EtherCAT master opens an overview of the set I/O mapping of all devices connected to the EtherCAT master. The I/O mapping can also be changed in this overview. Search and filter functions support the editing of the I/O mapping.
