New menu command: Create/Remove Hot Connect Group

Function-extension:

The new context menu command 'Create Hot Connect Group' can be used to define a selected EtherCAT device as a participant in a hot connect group. In the device tree, the first device of a hot connect group is displayed as follows:

If the selected EtherCAT device is the first device in a hot connect group, the entire hot connect group is removed when the context menu command 'Remove hot connect group' is executed. I.e, all devices in the hot connect group become static EtherCAT devices that must always be connected to the EtherCAT bus.

All other participants in a hot connect group are removed from the group using the context menu command 'Remove Hot Connect Group'. The hot connect group itself remains.
