Lenze is one of the best employers in Germany
Automation expert named Top Employer Germany and Top Employer Engineers for the 16th time
Outstanding conditions for employees - at Lenze, this is not just a nice claim, but a proven reality. For the 16th time, the renowned "Top Employers Institute" has certified that the internationally operating automation specialist with HQs in Hamelin is one of the best employers in Germany and the preferred address for engineers. Top Employer Germany and Top Employer Engineers - only companies that continuously develop and successfully implement their HR strategies can bear these titles.
Dirk Lehmann, Head of HR Development & HR International Lenze Group, is pleased: "A lot of heart and soul goes into drawing the right conclusions from the results every year and putting appropriate measures into practice. That's why it's always a great confirmation that we can call ourselves Top Employer for another year."
Companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the center of their entrepreneurial activities - and Lenze is no exception. After all, as a technical company that develops, produces and commercializes innovations for tomorrow's productions, Lenze competes with the very largest corporations for the best employees. Therefore, it is particularly important to continuously optimize the working environment, to create modern and flexible working conditions, and to constantly invest in the development of the employees. After all, the in-house "brainware" is a key success factor, and so employees count as the most valuable asset right from the start.
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: “Despite the challenging year we have experienced (which has certainly made an impact on organizations around the globe), Lenze has continued to demonstrate the power of putting their people first in the workplace. We are proud to share this year’s announcement and congratulate the organizations who have been certified in their respective countries through the Top Employers Institute program.”
A characteristic feature of the Top Employer certification program is the globally standardized examination process that all participating companies must undergo. The independent institute uses the so-called HR Best Practices questionnaire for this purpose. This questionnaire assesses measures in six overarching HR dimensions: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite. These include a total of 400 practices on which the participants must comment.
The Top Employers Institute certifies companies worldwide for their outstanding employee conditions. Through the certification program, companies can have their efforts evaluated and use the results to make improvements. Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute this year recognized more than 1,600 Top Employers in 120 countries/regions on five continents.
