Commissioning instruction i950 ES with FSoE in Beckhoff-System

I would like to integrate an i950 with Extended Safety via FSoE into my Beckhoff system. Where can I find instructions for this?
 
Answer:
The attached documents describe, step by step, the CiA Advanced and Speed Control TAs, how an i950 can be integrated into the Beckhoff standard and safety PLCs. The i950 is parameterized via the EASY starter.
