Change your eMail address
You can change the e-mail address of your X4 Remote account
Your e-mail address is used to login to the X4 Cloud, receive cloud notifications (if configured), and get notified in the event of an expiring license (if applicable). To change your e-mail address please follow the steps below.
- Go to X4 Remote, open the account menu in the top right corner and select [My profile].
- Go to Personal info and click [Edit] next to your current e-mail address.
- Enter your new e-mail address and select [Request change].
- You will receive an e-mail at your new e-mail address. Open the e-mail and click on the link to complete the e-mail address change.
Use your old e-mail address
You will also receive an e-mail on your old e-mail address. Click on the link in the e-mail to deny the requested change if you haven't accepted it yet. If you already did accept, you can still return to your old e-mail address by using the same link.
