Lenze SE: Changes in the Executive Board
Mr. Jochen Heier (57), member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer for Lenze SE since 1 January 2018, will be stepping down from his position on the Executive Board as of 30 April 2020 and will be taking on new challenges outside the company.
Dr. Michael Paul, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Family Board of Lenze SE: "In the name of the shareholders and the Supervisory Board I would like to extend to Mr. Heier our thanks for his work at Lenze. In the past two years, he has made a major contribution to reshaping the role of Chief Operating Officer at Lenze. I would like to use this opportunity to wish him all the best for the future."

Christian Wendler, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Lenze SE since April 2013, takes on the responsibilities of the COO in addition to his own duties as CEO with immediate effect on a temporary basis. The Executive Board also comprises Frank Maier as Chief Technology Officer and Dr. Achim Degner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
