Markus Sandhöfner starts as Group Vice President Global Accounts / Frank Lorch heads the customer service

Hamelin, November 12, 2024. The automation specialist Lenze is strengthening its sales and customer service. In this context, the Management Board appoints Markus Sandhöfner as Group Vice President Global Accounts and assigns Frank Lorch to take over the management of customer service.

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Lenze, as it is the key to further economic growth. The focus is on the strategic expansion of global customer management. Additionally, excellent customer service is crucial for stable, long-term customer relationships. Therefore, the company is investing specifically in customer contact to further improve dialogue and collaboration.

Markus Sandhöfner has been Group Vice President Global Accounts since November 1, 2024. Previously, he was Managing Director for B&R Germany. With his nearly 30 years of experience in automation and sales in OEM mechanical engineering, he will expand the strategic customer relationship management globally and strengthen Lenze's international market positioning.

Frank Lorch has been responsible for customer service since the beginning of November. With his expertise and many years of experience in product development, sales, and international marketing, he will further develop the area with a future-oriented approach, including the international expansion of the service network, to increase customer satisfaction.
