You have accessed this page to find out how we handle your personal data when you book an appointment.
We are providing the following information in order to fulfil our information obligations pursuant to Art. 12 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
This privacy statement is based on the terminology defined by GDPR and informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within the Lenze Group.

Booking appointments
Booking functions via MS-Bookings are provided by contact persons in different departments at Lenze.
You provide us with your personal data solely for the purpose of organising the booking of appointments with these contact persons.
We collect this data primarily to make the coordination processes as simple as possible for both parties and to organise them.
The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a) and lit. f) GDPR.
Data Security
Your data may be processed by a service provider within the scope of order processing. We structure the contractual relationship in accordance with the relevant requirements of Art. 6 GDPR in conjunction with Art. 26, 28 or 46 GDPR. Both Lenze SE and the service provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Data deletion
Lenze SE will delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for the respective process. Data will only be stored beyond this point if legal obligations require longer storage.
Your rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to delete or block inadmissible data or correct incorrect data.
If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests, you have the right to revoke the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation.
To preserve your rights, you can send us an e-mail to dataprivacy@lenze.com and/or the sender of the e-mail. If it is technically possible, we will offer you a direct option in the e-mail to maintain your own data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
