Supplier management

As a general rule, we use personal data that you provide to us in the context of processing enquiries, orders, etc. We use this data to identify potential suppliers and then contact them via our systems.

When contacting new suppliers, we use data sources that are accessible to the public, such as company websites, yellow pages or portals with business contacts, in order to identify possible partners and then contact them via our systems.

The information collected and stored can be used by all companies associated with Lenze SE to establish and maintain supplier relationships.

The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a) and f) GDPR.

 

Data Security

Your data may be processed by a service provider within the scope of order processing. In this case we will structure the contractual relationship in accordance with the relevant requirements of Art. 6 in accordance with Art. 26, 28 or 46 GDPR. Both Lenze SE and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

 

Data deletion

We process the data for as long as it is required for the respective purpose, unless there are legal obligations that require longer storage.

 

Your rights

 

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to delete or block inadmissible data or correct incorrect data.

If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation.

If we process your personal data on the basis of a balance of interests, then you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR.

To preserve your rights, you can send us an e-mail to dataprivacy@lenze.com and/or the sender of the e-mail. If it is technically possible, we will offer you a direct option for maintaining your data in the e-mail.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
