You have accessed this page to get information about our handling of (your) personal data in the context of e-mail advertising or customer satisfaction surveys. We are providing the following information to you in order to comply with our information obligations in accordance with Art. 12 ff of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

This privacy statement is based on the terminology defined by GDPR and informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of processing personal data within the Lenze group.

Customer and Prospect Relationship Management

Personal data that you provide to us as a customer or prospect (e.g. personally, at trade fairs, surveys, telephone, etc.), is used for contact maintenance, for information on products or of the company, invitation to events, etc.

The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a), b) and f) GDPR.

If we collect your data from other sources, you have voluntarily provided this data yourself. This applies in particular to data for the acquisition of prospective customers (leads). The term "lead" is defined by marketing and refers to a qualified prospective customer who is interested in our company and/or our products and provides us with his or her contact details for this purpose of his or her own accord for further correspondence. Alternatively, we use so-called lead generation tools such as LinkedIn lead gen forms or the LinkedIn Sales Navigator (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?) as well as offers from digital trade fairs (e.g. HannoverMesse 2021).

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We will use personal data (surname, first name, e-mail address) that you provide to us as a customer in the context of orders for product or service-specific customer satisfaction surveys.

Participation in customer satisfaction surveys is voluntary. If you wish to give us qualified feedback beyond the evaluation, you can use the corresponding free text fields. The responsible Lenze sales department can contact you directly within 90 days of your participation in the survey to record the feedback and discuss suggestions for improvement.

You can revoke from receiving further emails about customer satisfaction surveys at any time using the opt-out option in the footer of the email.

The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Data Security

Your data may be processed by a service provider within the scope of order processing. In this case we will structure the contractual relationship in accordance with the relevant requirements of Art. 6 in accordance with Art. 26, 28 or 46 GDPR. Both Lenze SE and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Data deletion

We process the data for as long as it is required for the respective purpose, unless there are legal obligations that require longer storage.

Your rights

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to delete or block inadmissible data or correct incorrect data.

If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation.

If we process your personal data on the basis of a balance of interests, then you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR.

To preserve your rights, you can send us an e-mail to dataprivacy@lenze.com and/or the sender of the e-mail. If it is technically possible, we will offer you a direct option for maintaining your data in the e-mail.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
