Manage your Cloud Logging license

You can choose to activate Cloud Logging immediately or first try it 30 days for free, no strings attached. You can also extendchange or transfer an existing Cloud Logging license. If you haven’t already, we strongly recommend reading Cloud Logging – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) first.

Activate Cloud Logging

  • Go to the Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different X4 Remote app.
  • Open the main menu , go to Devices , and select the concerning device.
  • Go to Licenses and click on [Activate] in the Cloud Logging section.
  • Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Logging purchase and click on [Activate].

Now that you've activated Cloud Logging, you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.

Extend Cloud Logging

Extending a license is currently not yet available in the new platform. Please contact your Lenze sales representative to extend your license or wait for the license to expire and switch to a new one from your license pool.

Change Cloud Logging to a lower/higher amount of dps/hr

  • Go to the Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different X4 Remote app.
  • Open the main menu, go to Devices, and select the concerning device.
  • Go to Licenses and click on [Change license] in the Cloud Logging section.
  • Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Logging purchase and click on [Activate].

Transfer a Cloud Logging license to another device

You've now transferred Cloud Logging onto your new device and you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.
