As a fourth-generation family business, it is a matter of course for us to think long-term and take responsibility. Towards the environment, employees, customers, business partners and society.
This fundamental attitude forms the basis of a sustainability strategy that provides a framework for Lenze's activities and sets priorities. With the three areas of action Planet, People and Performance, we pursue an integrated and balanced approach.
Compliance with legal requirements is the foundation. The more far-reaching focal points for action are defined with targets that we work on in measures.
The strategy is implemented by a committee that includes the Environment, Purchasing, HR, Controlling and Finance, Sales, Legal and Communications departments. The team reports directly to the CEO.
We want to and will make an active contribution to a sustainable future. At the same time, we know that We have not yet reached our goal. To ensure that we continue to develop and improve, we continuously review the path that the sustainability strategy shows us.
